3D Transporter System

Galvatek’s 3D transporter is typically used in multi row surface treatment plants such as chemical cleaning lines. It doesn’t just move up and down and back and forth, but also sideways, which means it can move flexibly between two or more rows of tanks.

With Galvatek’s 3D transporter, the tanks can be in any order. This increases flexibility and reduces the number of rinse tanks needed. There is no need to go through the rows in order, as the transporter can move from one tank to another regardless of where they are positioned in the line. This means that treatment tanks can be placed in any order for optimized floor footprint and production capacity.

Trip trays fitted to the transporter prevent the chemical drips dropping to the covers, leading them to wastewater treatment, hence reducing the drag out significantly.
